Where do you ship?
We ship everywhere in the United States.
How long does an order take to arrive?
It will take approximately 2 - 3 weeks as each collar is hand-made to order.
What do I do if I don’t receive my order?
We track all orders from the moment they leave our shop. If your item doesn’t arrive on time, let us know and we’ll locate it for you. If the order can’t be rerouted to you within 24 hours, we’ll refund the shipping charges.
Returns
What items are eligible for return?
Your dog’s custom collar is guaranteed for life. If for any reason a stone, jewel or concho were to come loose, simply ship it back and I will fix it for free and ship it back to you for free.
How much is the return shipping fee?
You will be responsible for the return shipping to our location. Once your product is repaired, we will then ship the product back to you free of charge.
What is not returnable?
If your product becomes damaged due to the dog chewing on it, that is non-returnable and not guaranteed.
